20.09.2016Three new department members: Katarzyna Janic, Tim Aufderheide, and Urban Zihlmann

We are happy to welcome and introduce three new department members: 
- Katarzyna Janic joins the general linguistics group as a postdoc on a Swiss Government Excellency Scholarship working on antipassives. 
- Tim Aufderheide joins both Widmer's and Bickel’s group as a PhD student working on the historical phonology of Indo-Iranian.
- Urban Zihlmann joins the trinational DACH project as a PhD student, working on the typology of vowel and consonant quantity in southern German varieties.
