16.11.2022Release of the Gheg Albanian treebank co-authored by Christian Ebert and Paul Widmer in UD 2.11

DCLS members Christian Ebert and Paul Widmer together with Artan Islamaj, Adrian Kuqi, Barbara Sonnenhauser, and Magdalena Plamada, published the Gheg Albanian treebank in the latest release of Universal Dependencies (v2.11). The treebank contains pear stories renarrated by Gheg Albanian heritage speakers of three different generations that were collected in the context of a project on Albanian as a heritage language in Switzerland funded by the Swiss National Science Foundation.
