Stefan Schnell is teaching a course titled "Sprachen der Welt" (Languages of the world) at the Volkshochschule Zürich this Spring. The course provides an overview of the global diversity of human languages and shows how human languages can be investigated and compared to one another with modern scientific methods. A focus of the course are the different grammatical structures relevant in the expression of events.
