31.08.2023Outreach: Workshop on Future-Ready Dictionary Development

Kellen Van Dam conducted a workshop in Assam, India, hosted by the Anundoram Borooah Institute of Language, Art & Culture (ABILAC) and funded by the Indira Gandhi National Centre for the Arts, North East Region. This workshop taught members of indigenous communities proper data collection and formats for community-facing dictionaries, with an additional focus on data formats for use in computational typology.
