The Managing Director supports the Institute's Directors in strategic and planning management and coordinates the Institute's administrative processes. She is responsible for resource planning (finance, HR, and infrastructure), reporting, and quality management. She heads the Institute's central support units: HR, Finance, Back Office, IT, and Facility Management.
