I work on mostly Indo-Iranian languages such as Avestan, Bactrian, Pashto, Pashai and Nuristani. My research involves both diachronic and synchronic perspectives in morphosyntax and lexicon from the Proto-Indo-European level to modern, especially understudied, languages. Outside of Indo-European, I’ve worked on Turkic, Uralic, Mongolic and Afro-Asiatic.
